    Placing an order with Smoothie Solutions

    • You can use our website to order goods from us.
    • Simply select the product you wish to buy and add it to your basket.  
    • If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling us on: 0034 928 777 644 .
    • We will review your order and contact you within 24 hours to confirm that the goods are in stock.
    • We will advise you of any shipping charges before we accept your order.
    • Payment for goods ordered must be received by us before we can ship the goods to you.
    • Payment for your order can be made by Google Wallet or by Direct bank Transfer.
    • Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

    Delivery 

    Goods will normally be dispatched and delivered within 1-7 working days of us receiving payment. We will advise you of the estimated dispatch and delivery dates. Delivery dates are an estimate can not be 100% guarranteed. We deliver anywhere in Spain or Europe.

    Please check the goods when receiving them. In the unlikely event that any goods are damaged or missing or if there is another issue, notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Please also notify us within 24 hours by phone, email or in writing providing details of any issue. 

    Faulty Goods / Guarantee

    If there is a problem with any goods purchased from us, we will immediately deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

    All goods sold by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights you have as a consumer and your statutory rights are not affected.

    We will replace any goods that are delivered to you in a faulty condition. If an exchange of goods is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will be dispatched by us when the original goods have been returned to our warehouse and checked by our engineers.

    The cost of returning any goods to us is initially at your expense. However, if on inspection the goods are confirmed to be faulty then we will refund your shipping costs. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you.
